Our method
First we get to know your business; then we decide with you which tools your website needs and build it around them. Once it fits, we launch it on your domain, in an account in your name.
You pay half to start and the other half when you see the finished website. If you don’t like it, you’ve only paid half.
The four steps
1You tell us about your business
On a call: who gets in touch with you and what worries them most.
2You choose the tools
From the ones suggested to you, based on what you get asked most.
3You see the design
With your logo, your photos and the way you talk, and the tools set to your prices and your area.
4You fine-tune it and it’s yours
You ask for changes until it fits, and it goes live in your name.
Before we start: what we need from you
- A call of about twenty minutes about your business, your customers and the questions you always get.
- Your logo, if you have one, and some photos of your work. If they’re not great, we’ll tell you which ones to take with your phone.
- Access to wherever your domain is registered. If you don’t have one, we’ll help you register one in your name.
- Your Google reviews: we pick the ones that say something specific and copy them exactly as written.
We write the copy. You don’t have to write a thing.
The tools
After the call, we decide with you which pieces your website needs to win people over: the one that answers what you get asked most. It might be a calculator, a booking form, a valuation or simply a WhatsApp button with the message already written. We explain it industry by industry in web design by industry.
Design and copy
We write the copy based on the call and on what your customers say in their reviews: how they talk, what they value, what worried them before they hired you. Then we design every page around your business, with your colors and your logo. We don’t start from a template.
The tools are set up with your numbers: your prices, your area, your hours.
Revisions
We show you the finished website, working, at a private address. You tell us what you don’t like, we change it and you look again, until it fits.
Live and yours
We launch it on your domain, in a hosting account in your name. It’s free, so there’s no monthly fee: you just keep paying for the domain, as you do now. We set it up together over a video call in about twenty minutes.
The website, the domain and the account are yours. You also get the folder with every file and a one-page guide: what the website has, where it lives, when the domain renews and what to do if you ever want to switch providers.
What every website includes
- Custom design
- The look comes from your logo, your colors and the way you work.
- Up to five pages
- If you’d like, we translate it into whatever languages you need.
- Built for phones
- Fast and easy to use on a phone, which is where a lot of people find you.
- Easy to contact you
- A form, a WhatsApp button, your hours and a map behind a button.
- Real reviews
- Copied exactly from your Google Business Profile, nothing made up or edited.
- SEO and search rankings
- Ranking on Google starts with the website itself: titles and descriptions for every page, speed, and your business details in the format Google understands.
- Google Business Profile reviewed
- Category, hours, photos and the link to your website, all set up properly.
- Legal pages
- Privacy policy and the legal notices you need. No third-party cookies, so no cookie banner.
After launch
For 30 days we fix any technical issue for free. After that, you can ask us for changes whenever you need them or sign up for monthly maintenance. It’s optional: the website runs on its own.
What we don’t do
Online stores with payments, professional photography, logo design, social media management or ads. If you need any of that, we tell you up front.
We also don’t promise a spot on Google: nobody can, honestly. What we do is the SEO on the website, so Google understands it well, and a complete Google Business Profile, which counts for a lot in local search. We explain it in the article how to show up on the Google map.
