Websites for med spas and aesthetic clinics

In aesthetic medicine, patients compare a lot before they book, and they’re wary of anything that sounds like an ad. A med spa’s website has to put the provider who’ll treat them front and center, explain each treatment clearly and make the first step easy: a consultation to look at their case.

What patients want to know

Who will treat them

Not the clinic’s brand: the provider, their specialty and their credentials. It’s the first thing patients look for and what reassures them most.

What will be done and what to expect

How many sessions, whether it hurts, how long recovery takes. Told honestly, with no retouched photos or promises: healthcare advertising has its own rules, and patients can tell when an ad ignores them.

Whether they can book with no strings attached

A consultation, with a day and time, without having to call during office hours.

The key piece: an estimator that guides and doesn’t promise

In the demo, the clinic does hair transplants. The visitor picks the drawing that looks like their case, based on the scale doctors use, and the website tells them how many grafts that stage usually needs, over how many sessions and in what price range.

The result says clearly that it’s an estimate and that the doctor confirms it at the first visit, which can be booked right there. At other clinics the piece changes: online booking by treatment, or a few questions to find out which treatment fits.

Copy that informs
Written so patients understand, not to promise results.

Plus what every one of our websites includes: custom design, built for phones, SEO, a reviewed Google Business Profile and the legal pages. It’s all in our method.

Questions from clinics

Can I show before-and-after photos?

Carefully. You need the patient’s written consent, and they shouldn’t be presented as a guaranteed result. If we use them, they come with context: treatment, sessions and how much time had passed.

We also offer spa treatments.

Everything in its place. If the clinic combines medical treatments with facials or hair removal, the website keeps them apart and makes clear which ones a medical provider performs.

Do I need to show my face?

It isn’t required, but it helps. Patients want to see who’ll treat them, and a real photo of the doctor in their office says more than any shot of the lobby.
